I strive to provide competent and affirming care to the LGBTQQIA+ community and consult with members of the trans and non-binary community as well as being a part of several LGBT+ affirming professional communities in Colorado Springs. I have also completed ongoing education courses to specifically serve the LGBTQQIA+ communities.
I enjoy working with exploring gender identity and sexuality, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, generalized support, supporting polyamory, consensual nonmonogamy, as well as kink, and many other health concerns and needs.
I provide telehealth therapy in both Colorado and Vermont for adults, preteens, and teens. I enjoy the accessibility telehealth provides in allowing me to work with people in areas I otherwise would not be able to make a difference in.
Though I have an office in Colorado Springs, I provide telehealth services in Colorado Springs for more accessible sessions as well as for health and safety. I also provide telehealth in Fort Collins, Denver, Thornton, Limon, Elizabeth, Peyton, Falcon, Grand Junction, Eaton, and Weston.
For telehealth individuals in Vermont, I provide services in Burlington, Montpelier, and Peacham. However, I am able to provide telehealth services to anyone located in the state of Vermont.
Although I have an office in Colorado Springs, I live in a rural community and recognize that the rural lifestyle is different than that of living in the city. I also recognize how challenging it can be to find a therapist who understands the unique struggles and concerns that come with living in a rural community. I take great pride in providing a safe space for those living in small towns and rural communities to express themselves in a safe, supportive, and confidential space.
