Therapy

I strive to provide competent and affirming care to the LGBTQQIA+  and consult with members of the trans and non-binary community as well as providing training on working with this community, and being a part of several LGBT+ affirming professional communities.  I have also completed ongoing education courses to specifically serve the LGBTQQIA+ communities.

I enjoy working with exploring gender identity and sexuality, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, generalized support, supporting polyamory, consensual nonmonogamy, as well as kink, and strive to serve the entire LGBTQQIA+ community in a healthy, affirming, meaningful and knowledgeable manner.

I ensure that I am providing affirming neurodiverse mental health care.  I am extremely passionate about working with clientele to work with their neurodiversity and unmask to live a more authentic life.  This often requires processing through messages and negative self talk that create a holding pattern and leave client's feeling trapped, in order for my client's to live more fulfilling lives.

It is common that years of masking neurodiversity leads to experiences of anxiety and depression.  I have training and knowledge in working with these symptoms and challenging the ways this shows up in daily life.  Through coping skills, and creating a more authentic narrative, we will work to alleviate the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
